C. Victor McFarland - Retired Partner
The elder Mr. McFarland, now retired, began practicing law in Catonsville in 1966 and maintained an office there until he retired in 2005. He is a past President of the Baltimore County Bar Association and served as President of the Catonsville Business Association (the predecessor to the Great Catonsville Chamber of Commerce). In 1982, he was named Catonsville's Citizen of the Year for his service to the Catonsville community. Mr. McFarland has served several terms as the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Catonsville United Methodist Church.
Kenneth H. Masters (1943 - 2012)
Mr. Masters practiced law in the Catonsville area for close to 30 years. A 1972 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, he represented the Catonsville area in the Maryland House of Delegates for 16 years (1978-1994) and served as the Chief Legislative Officer for Governor Robert L. Elrich, Jr. (2003-2007). Mr. Masters, a decorated Vietnam veteran, was an active member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Knights of Columbus and served on many other community organizations in the Catonsville area.
